  • Qualifications and professional registrations (e.g., AHPRA)

  • Compliance documents (police checks, WWCC where required)
  • Health information where necessary (e.g., vaccination status)
  • Referee details and references
  • Bank and tax/super details (upon engagement)

  • Assess your suitability for roles
  • Verify qualifications, registration, and compliance
  • Match you with appropriate placements
  • Manage shift allocation and scheduling
  • Meet workplace health and safety obligations
  • Comply with aged care and healthcare regulations
  • Process payments

  • Client facilities where you may be placed
  • Background check and compliance providers
  • Our payroll provider (Entire On Hire / MYOB)
  • Government agencies where required by law
  • Professional regulators (e.g., AHPRA)

We only collect sensitive information (e.g., health/vaccination status) where:

  • It is reasonably necessary for the role or placement
  • Required by law or regulation
  • You have given consent
