Pay rates are great .Best staff , always ready to help and specially JOE is great at management, never had to repeat myself for anything, Because of his management skills you will get shifts according to your availability and close to home.He is the only boss who realises that this person couldn't work because of unwell child and offers public holiday shift or another small shift to go with your regular shift to cover up for missed work.If U help him with any urgent shift arrived at short notice may be you will forget but he values it and returns the favour.
